Speaking, teaching and sharing what I learn.
I speak and teach because it keeps the practice honest. Most of what I share comes directly from building products inside large, complicated organizations — what worked, what did not, and what is changing now that AI sits inside the work.

Four kinds of rooms.
Each format is prepared for the audience in the room, not delivered from a deck library.
Keynotes and conferences
Conference keynotes on how AI is reshaping the way product organizations decide, design and ship — grounded in enterprise-scale practice rather than speculation.

Industry talks and panels
Panels and industry sessions on design transformation, agentic workflows and the operating models that let large teams move quickly without losing craft.

Design leadership and executive workshops
Working sessions with leadership teams: mapping the real product operating model, aligning Product, Design and Engineering, and turning intent into something teams and agents can build against.

Academic and visiting-faculty work
Teaching design students and early-career practitioners how enterprise products actually get made, and mentoring the next generation of product designers.

Always excited to speak and teach.
I am always excited to join a good room — a conference stage, a leadership offsite, a panel or a classroom. I am based in India and happy to travel for the right event, and I regularly join remote sessions with distributed teams.
Topics I am asked about most
- AI-native product development and how teams work alongside agents
- Designing enterprise products where workflow depth and scale define the experience
- Building and leading design organizations through a technology shift — see how I lead product and design organizations
- Intent, evaluation and measurement as the new craft of product work
