Ways to work together

Different engagements. Same mandate.

Improve how teams conceive, design and ship digital products.

Engagements

Three ways in.

01

Executive Leadership

Senior Director · VP · Head of Design / AI Experience

Building organizations, experiences and operating systems at enterprise scale.

02

Fractional Leadership

Fractional Product, Design & AI Transformation

Embedded executive leadership for scale-ups, GCCs and organizations navigating transformation.

03

AI Studio OS

Focused AI Product Transformation

Outcome-driven engagements around AI workflows, product experience, design systems and operating-model change.

How engagements run

A predictable working rhythm.

  1. 1Diagnose
  2. 2Align on intent
  3. 3Prototype the change
  4. 4Instrument outcomes
  5. 5Scale the model
  6. 6Hand over

Common Questions

What clients usually ask.

What kinds of leadership engagements are you open to?

I work across several models depending on the problem and organization—from Senior Director, VP or Head of Design leadership roles to fractional leadership, executive advisory and focused AI Product Transformation engagements. I am also open to selected speaking, teaching and industry advisory opportunities.

What kinds of problems do you typically help organizations solve?

I am most useful where product complexity, organizational scale and transformation intersect—for example, scaling Product Design organizations, improving Product × Design × Engineering collaboration, redesigning complex enterprise experiences, introducing AI-native workflows, strengthening design systems and establishing operating models that improve product quality and speed.

See how I operate

Do you work only with Design teams?

No. My strongest work happens across Product, Design and Engineering. Design is my deepest discipline, but many of the problems I work on involve product strategy, technology, organizational systems, AI workflows and business outcomes. I increasingly see my role as one of orchestration across these disciplines.

What does fractional leadership look like?

Fractional leadership provides senior executive capability without requiring an organization to immediately add a permanent leadership role. I work with leadership teams on an agreed cadence and mandate—typically around product/design strategy, organization development, AI transformation, hiring, design quality and cross-functional operating models.

How do you approach AI transformation?

I don't start with tools. I start with the product outcome, customer context and decisions that matter. From there, I look at where human judgment should remain central, where agents can create leverage, how context and design systems can be shared, and how quality, governance and outcomes will be measured. My evolving AI Product OS framework brings these elements together across Product, Design and Engineering.

How hands-on are you?

Hands-on where it creates leverage. I continue to work directly on problem framing, workshops, product critiques, AI workflows, prototyping experiments and operating-model design. My role at senior levels, however, is not to become another production resource—it is to help teams make better decisions, build stronger systems and raise the quality of execution.

Are you available for advisory, speaking and teaching engagements?

Yes. I am interested in selected advisory roles, executive workshops, conference talks, panels and academic engagements where my experience in Product Design, enterprise technology, AI transformation and design leadership can add value.

Have a different challenge in mind?

If you are rethinking a product, a design organization or the way Product, Design and Engineering work together with AI, let's start with a conversation.
